Their presence and generosity helped advance hopeful scientific projects against cancer.

On Sunday, May 31, 2026, we set Brussels buzzing to the rhythm of solidarity and butterflies.

90 runners and walkers proudly wore the colors of the Fournier-Majoie Foundation at the 20 km of Brussels.

Thanks to their unwavering motivation, nearly 16,200 euros were raised to advance research, proof that when individual commitments come together, they can trigger a butterfly effect in the fight against cancer.

The Fournier-Majoie Foundation’s Gala Evening took place on Thursday, October 2, 2025, on the theme ALLUMEZ LE FEU. On the program for this unforgettable evening: a refined dinner, an exceptional auction, a raffle with one-of-a-kind prizes… and a fiery dance party!

Above all, it was an opportunity to support a hopeful scientific project: »Light the Fire », an innovative immunotherapy that notably targets osteosarcoma, a rare and particularly aggressive bone cancer affecting young people aged 12 to 20.

Together, let’s run or walk against cancer!

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, 85 big-hearted athletes took part in the legendary 20 km of Brussels race in the colors of the Fournier-Majoie Foundation to support cancer research.

In line with our 100% model, all the funds raised support our 2025 focus project “Light the Fire” against osteosarcoma, a highly aggressive bone cancer particularly among 12 to 20 year olds.

On October 3, 2024, we enjoyed a magical evening of solidarity at our Harry Potter themed gala to fight cancer differently.

On the program: a gourmet dinner followed by a dance party, an exceptional auction and a raffle, but above all an opportunity to support oncology research.

In line with our 100% model, all of the evening’s proceeds went to our research project “tobacco to treat cancer“: a new treatment for blood cancers developed from tobacco plants.

Host a charity dinner and ask your guests to come empty-handed (no wine, no flowers, no chocolates, …) and instead make a donation to fight cancer differently.

Their donations (tax-deductible) will support innovative cancer research projects.

You will receive awareness materials to give to each of your guests.

At the end of the dinner, one of your guests could take over and host a charity dinner in turn.

Turn your New Year’s resolutions into good deeds against cancer!

How about giving more meaning to your resolutions by putting them to work for a cause that concerns us all?

Sporty, creative, culinary, artistic or offbeat, solo or as a group, create your own challenge and raise funds to support cancer research.

For example, your resolution to live a healthier life could translate into kilometers covered, hours of meditation or new balanced recipes.

For every km covered, every successful recipe, every hour of meditation, etc., ask your friends, family or colleagues to support you with a donation of €5/10/20 per goal achieved.

On the program: a gourmet dinner followed by a dance party, an exceptional auction and a raffle, but above all … support for a very promising scientific project in immunotherapy called “Chasing the Clouds“.

In line with our 100% model, all funds raised will support this innovative treatment against ovarian and colorectal cancer.

The 2nd edition of Les Voiles du Zoute took place on September 8 in the famous seaside resort of Knokke-Heist.

19 boats took part in the regatta under brilliant sunshine. A unique opportunity to combine sporting competition, networking and generosity…

After the race, participants gathered for a delicious dinner and an auction in support of our Foundation. 8,000 euros were raised during the event to support cancer research.

Thank you to Belgian artist Joël Moens de Hase for his artwork and to Les Voiles du Zoute for choosing the Foundation as its charity partner.

At a time when Covid restrictions had been partially eased, the welcome and aperitif in the cellars of the Galeries de la Reine, followed by the surprise arrival at the superb, beautifully decorated Théâtre du Vaudeville, delighted all participants.

The excellent dinner was followed by an auction of a few exceptional lots, efficiently led by Sotheby’s. And the atmosphere on the dance floor capped off a memorable evening into the early hours.

With the venue privatized for the occasion, our Venture Philanthropists enjoyed an exclusive visit to the exhibition “BANKSY, Genius or Vandal?” in a magnificent house on the Grand-Place.

They then enjoyed a cocktail dinner during which renowned street artist Kool Koor created a live artwork that was auctioned off that same evening.
